📦 Booking & Rates
Website par "Book a Delivery" button par click karein. Form mein pick-up/drop-off locations, sender aur receiver ki details, aur parcel category enter karein. Isme 2 minute se bhi kam time lagta hai.
Fare automatic calculate hota hai. Humara Base fare Rs. 80 hai (pehle 2 km ke liye), aur uske baad Rs. 30 per km charge kiya jata.
Ji haan, 10kg se ziyaada ke weight par extra weight surcharge apply hota hai, jo rider ki confirmation par depend karta hai.
Rider ke aapki location par pohnchne ke baad pehle 10 minutes bilkul free hain. 11th minute se Rs. 3 per minute ke hisab se automatic waiting charge apply hoga.
📋 Parcel Categories & Packaging
Aap Documents, Clothes/Shoes, Electronics, Gifts, Food, aur doosre aam items bhej sakte hain. Kisi bhi qism ke illegal ya banned items bhejna sakht mana hai.
Tamam food aur liquid items ka handover se pehle properly sealed aur leak-proof hona zaroori hai. Agar packaging sahi nahi hogi, toh insurance void (khatam) ho jayegi aur damage claim accept nahi hoga.
Glass, ceramics, ya electronics ko secure box ke andar bubble wrap protection ke sath pack karna mandatory hai. Bubble wrap na hone par rider pickup se inkar kar sakta hai aur insurance claim reject ho jayega.
🛡️ Tracking & Safety (Insurance)
Ji haan, 5,000 PKR tak ke parcels par 1% insurance fee apply hoti hai. 5,000 PKR se ziyaada value ke parcels customer ke apne risk par deliver kiye jaate hain. (Note: Galat packing ki wajah se insurance policy void ho sakti hai).
Booking ke baad aapko ek Order ID (jaise PD-XXXX) milti hai. Aap direct humari website par upar maujood 'Track Your Order' box mein apni ID daal kar apne parcel ko aasaani se track kar sakte hain.

Agar aapka koi online business, instagram page, local shop, ya home kitchen (food delivery) business hai, toh aap daily parcel aur food deliveries ke liye humare bike riders hire kar sakte hain.
